Blog # 3 Technology Lesson Reflection

                     A week or so ago  I had the chance of making my own classroom including Technology strategies and it was one of the most exciting assignments I’ve had to do all semester.  I am not going to lie, going into this assignment and knowing I had to build my own online classroom from scratch was a bit intimidating. Before I had taken this course, I was very close-minded and always wanted to use the same apps to create PowerPoint, videos, and other ways of creating work.  After this LMS lesson, I gained a lot more experience and feel more confident in my technology skills. We had some options to choose which app to use to create this classroom, and I chose Google Classroom. Being new to all this, I navigated through the website and looked at a lot of YouTube videos to see examples of how to incorporate videos, images, and other documents.  In today’s world, I believe Technology plays a tremendously important role in everything.  Technology is such an innovative and critical source that everyone is using. I strongly believe Technology is the foundation of a lot of things, it is a useful tool that enhances confidence and a learning experience. Just as we continue to grow so does technology and the need to keep on learning from it. The great thing about technology is that it has grown over the past years and continues to benefit all the people who can access it. I think one of the biggest challenges for students and teachers was being quarantined and being unable to interact – face to -face. Students had to learn and work on their own because teachers couldn’t always find the correct resources or assessments to address the student’s knowledge of what was being taught to them.
